TITLING; REGISTRATION. Each item of Equipment subject to title registration laws will at all times be titled and/or registered by Debtor as Secured Party's agent and attorney-in-fact with full power and authority to register (but without power to affect title to) the Equipment in such manner and in such jurisdiction or jurisdictions as Secured Party directs. Debtor will promptly notify Secured Party of any necessary or advisable retitling and/or reregistration of an Item of Equipment in a jurisdiction other than the one in which such Item is then titled and/or registered. Any and all documents of title will be furnished or caused to be furnished Secured Party by Debtor within sixty (60) days of the date any titling or registering or restating or reregistering, as appropriate, is directed by Secured Party.

Debtor will promptly notify Creditor of any necessary or advisable retitling and/or re-registration of an Item. Whenever a title document is issuable to Creditor, Debtor will use reasonable efforts to cause any and all documents of title to be issued by the applicable state authority to Creditor within 60 days of the date of filing the titling application.

TITLING; REGISTRATION. Except as Lessor may effect titling or registration, in which event Lessee will reimburse Lessor its related expenses, the Vehicle will at all times be titled and/or registered by Lessee, at its own expense and as Lessor’s agent and attorney-in-fact with full power and authority to register (but without power to affect title to) the Vehicle, in such manner and in such jurisdiction or jurisdictions as Lessor directs. Lessee will promptly notify Lessor of any necessary or advisable re-titling and/or re-registration of the Vehicle in a jurisdiction other than one in which the Vehicle is then titled and/or registered. Lessee will use reasonable efforts to cause any and all documents of title to be furnished Lessor within sixty (60) days of the date of filing any application for titling or for re-titling of the Vehicle by or at the direction of Lessee.
