TNC Holding Area. (a) All TNC Vehicles shall stage in the areas designated by the Executive Vice President/COO, which are subject to change from time to time, but initially shall be located as depicted in Exhibit 5.1.7 (a) TNC Vehicles shall be required to enter the TNC Holding Area while their Digital Networks have been activated. At no time shall any TNC Vehicle or TNC Driver enter and remain staged in the TNC Holding Area without an activated Digital Network.
