Common use of TO ALLOW INSPECTION Clause in Contracts

TO ALLOW INSPECTION. 5.1 In accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement the Customer must allow the Authorised Officer or nominee access to the property at any time to: a) Measure flows; or b) Take and analyse Trade Waste samples; or c) Inspect fittings or works related to the discharge of Trade Waste; and d) Inspect any records maintained under clause 6 in order to ascertain whether the discharge of waste is in accordance with this Agreement.
