WSP agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AT&T CALIFORNIA against any claim made by a consumer End User or governmental entity against AT&T CALIFORNIA or WSP under Section 2891 or Section 222 (and implementing FCC decisions thereunder) or for any breach by WSP of this section.
