To its Knowledge, TKCM Sample Clauses
The "To its Knowledge, TKCM" clause limits the scope of TKCM's representations or warranties to matters that TKCM actually knows or should reasonably know. In practice, this means that TKCM is only responsible for statements or disclosures based on information that is within its awareness, rather than guaranteeing facts outside its knowledge or control. This clause helps allocate risk by protecting TKCM from liability for unknown issues, ensuring that it is only held accountable for information it reasonably possesses.
To its Knowledge, TKCM.
