Common use of TO KOSAN Clause in Contracts

TO KOSAN. Subject to the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, LICENSEE hereby grants KOSAN a non-exclusive paid-up license, with no right to grant sublicenses, under RWJPRI PATENT RIGHTS and RWJPRI KNOW-HOW to make and use methods and materials to carry out the RESEARCH PROGRAM during the RESEARCH TERM.
