TO MONITOR DISCHARGES. The Customer must, at its cost and as directed by the Corporation: a) Maintain records concerning: i) The cleaning and maintenance of all equipment used by the Occupier to discharge or sample trade waste under this Agreement; and, ii) The method and dates of disposing of residues from that equipment.
