Common use of TO PAY CHARGES Clause in Contracts

TO PAY CHARGES. To pay the reasonable charges (including Solicitor's and Surveyor's charges) and disbursements properly incurred by the Landlord in connection with any application by the Tenant for consent under any provision of this Lease where such application is withdrawn or consent is granted or lawfully refused.
