To pay Goods & Service Tax. To make payment of applicable Goods & Service Tax that may be payable in respect of all amounts to be paid by the Allottee to the Promoter / Association in terms of this Agreement as also to pay all others taxes payable by the Allottee in terms of this Agreement.
