To Perform Covenants. The Corporation shall duly and punctually perform and carry out all of the acts or things to be done by it as provided in this Indenture and that it shall do, execute, acknowledge and deliver or cause to be done, executed, acknowledged and delivered, all other acts, deeds and assurances in law as the Warrant Agent may reasonably require for the better accomplishing and effecting the intentions and provisions of this Indenture.
