If the Court approves a Class Representative Service Payment less than the amount requested, the Administrator will retain the remainder in the Net Settlement Amount. The Administrator will pay the Class Representative Service Payment using IRS Form 1099. Defendants .) XXXX will not oppose Plaintiff’s request for a Class Representative Service Payment that does not exceed this amount.
