To Plaintiff. Class Representative Service Payment to the Class Representative of not more than $10,000 (in addition to any individual, non-wage and hour settlement, Individual Class Payment and any Individual PAGA Payment the Class Representative is entitled to receive as a Participating Class Member). Defendants will not oppose Plaintiff’s request for a Class Representative Service Payment that does not exceed this amount.
