To Plaintiff. Class Representative Service Payment to the Class Representative of not more than Ten Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($10,000.00) (in addition to any Individual Settlement Payment and any Individual PAGA Payment the Class Representative is entitled to receive as a Participating Class Member). Defendant will not oppose Plaintiff’s request for a Class Representative Service Payment that does not exceed this amount.
