TO REMOVE ILLEGAL STRUCTURES Clause Samples

The "To Remove Illegal Structures" clause requires a party, typically a property owner or tenant, to eliminate any buildings, additions, or modifications on a property that do not comply with applicable laws or regulations. In practice, this means that if a structure was built without proper permits or violates zoning rules, the responsible party must dismantle or alter it to meet legal standards. This clause ensures that properties remain in compliance with legal requirements, thereby protecting both parties from potential fines, legal disputes, or enforcement actions by authorities.
