The applicable Swingline Lender shall make each Swingline Loan available to the relevant Borrower by means of a credit to the general deposit account of the such Borrower with the such Swingline Lender (or, in the case of a Swingline Loan made to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 2.05(e), by remittance to the applicable Issuing Bank) by 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the requested date of such Swingline Loan.

The Swingline Lender shall make each Swingline Loan available to the US Borrower by means of a credit to the general deposit account of the US Borrower with the Swingline Lender (or, in the case of a Swingline Loan made to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 2.05(e), by remittance to the Issuing BankLetter of Credit Issuer) by 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the requested date of such Swingline Loan.

Each Swingline Loan shall bear interest at the rate specified in Section 2.13(c).
