TO SEVERANCE AGREEMENT. This Amendment No. 1 (this “Amendment”) to the Severance Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated July 19, 2004 by and between Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx (the “Executive”) and Artisan Components, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (the “Company”), is made and entered into as of August 2, 2004 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Executive and the Company.
