Common use of Toll Derivation Clause in Contracts

Toll Derivation. the tolls offered in Appendix A to this Precedent Agreement represent negotiated tolls applicable solely to subscriptions for the New Services commencing December 1, 2015. Transporter reserves the right to apply to the NEB for higher future tolls and for maximum tolls which may be discounted to reflect market conditions; and Xxxxxxx agrees to be bound by each of such terms and conditions as are approved by the NEB for the New Services.
