Toll Free Calls. 11.12.3.1 When CLEC uses an ULS-ST port to initiate an intraLATA 800-type call, SBC-AMERITECH will perform the appropriate database query and will route the call to terminating SBC-AMERITECH “Success 800” subscriber. CLEC will be charged the 800 database query, ULS-O usage, and SS7 signaling charges.
