Common use of Tolling of Covenants Clause in Contracts

Tolling of Covenants. I acknowledge and agree that if it is judicially determined that I have violated any of my obligations under Sections 4.1, 4.2, and/or 4.3, then the period applicable to each obligation that I have been determined to have violated shall automatically toll from the date of the first breach, and all subsequent breaches, until the resolution of the breach through private settlement, judicial or other action, including all appeals.
