Common use of Tolling of Covenants Clause in Contracts

Tolling of Covenants. If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that Employee has violated any of Employee’s obligations under this Agreement, then the Restricted Period will automatically be extended by a period of time equal in length to the period during which such violation or violations occurred.
