TOLLS AND CHARGES. 10.1. Economic consideration from Contractor to Carrier for services provided under this present Contract will correspond to the current tolls and charges. Application of tolls and charges below the effective maximum amounts will be transparent, objective and non-discriminatory for contracts of similar scope and duration, and have the appropriate distribution between the users. The National Energy Commission should be notified of it in the moment that it occurs.

  • Taxes and Charges Contractor shall be responsible for payment of all taxes, fees, contributions or charges applicable to the conduct of the Contractor’s business.

  • Billing and Charges You agree to pay, in accordance with the provisions of the Service plan you selected, any registration, activation or monthly fees (including, without limitation, any applicable discounts), service charges, minimum charges and other amounts charged to or incurred by you, or by users of your account, at the rates in effect at the start of the billing period in which those amounts are charged or incurred. You agree to pay all applicable federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges related to your use of the Service, provision of services, software or hardware or the use of the Service by users of your account. Information on our charges and surcharges may be made available to you on xxx.xxxxxx.xxx. We will send your billing statements to the email address you provide to us, and you agree that this is sufficient notice for all purposes as to charges incurred and paid or to be paid to us. You understand and agree that you will not receive a paper statement in the mail. Additional terms relating to pricing, billing, and payment which are an integral part of this Agreement are contained in your Service plan details. Viasat reserves the right to correct and charge under-billed or unbilled amounts for a period of 90 days after (i) any incorrect statement was issued or (ii) a statement should have been issued. Payment of the outstanding balance is due in full each month.

  • Costs and Charges 8.19.1 To protect the Landlord from loss arising from a claim that may be brought against the Tenant as a consequence of a breach by the Tenant of any covenant contained in this Agreement. Such loss shall be deemed to include any charges which the Landlord may reasonably incur in connection with proceedings in a court of law against the Tenant but without prejudice to a Tenant’s right to have such costs assessed by the relevant court.

  • Rates and Charges 6.3.1 Wholesale discounts for resold Telecommunications Services offerings are provided in Exhibit A. The Telecommunications Services offerings available for resale but excluded from the wholesale pricing arrangement in the Agreement are available at the retail Tariff, price list, catalog, or other retail Telecommunications Services offering rates. Telecommunications Services available for resale with or without a wholesale discount are subject to Commission-approved change, and any such changes shall apply from the effective date of such change on a going-forward basis only.

  • CAISO Charges (a) Seller shall assume all liability and reimburse Buyer for any and all CAISO Penalties incurred by Buyer because of Seller’s failure to perform any covenant or obligation set forth in this Agreement. Buyer shall assume all liability and reimburse Seller for any and all CAISO Penalties incurred by Seller as a result of Buyer’s actions, including those resulting in a Buyer Curtailment Period.

  • Rent and Charges 1.2 To pay the Rent at the times and in the manner specified in The Particulars whether or not it has been formally demanded.

  • PAYMENT AND CHARGES Details of all current fees and charges referred to in this section are stated in the Service and Price guide published by the Bank, copies of which are available on request.   • CONTRACT CHARGES The Contract Charges for the Services shall be structured using any of the following pricing mechanisms (as may be agreed by the Parties and set out in an SOW); Capped Time and Materials; Price per Story; Time and Materials; Fixed Price (to be used only for Services that are ancillary to software development services); or using such other pricing mechanism or combination of pricing mechanism thereof as may be agreed by the Parties. In consideration of the Supplier’s performance of its obligations under this Contract and in consideration of the specific services that are set out in an applicable SOW, the Customer shall pay the undisputed Contract Charges in accordance with the relevant SOW for the Release and the payment provisions set out at Clause 14 (Payment and VAT). The Customer shall, in addition to the Contract Charges and following delivery by the Supplier of an Invoice, pay the Supplier a sum equal to the VAT chargeable on the value of the Services supplied in accordance with this Contract. If at any time during this Contract Period the Supplier reduces its framework Prices for any Services which are provided under the framework Agreement (whether or not such Services are offered in a catalogue (if any) which is provided under the framework Agreement) in accordance with the terms of the framework Agreement, the Supplier shall immediately reduce the Contract Charges for such Services under this Contract by the same amount. The Supplier shall in any event ensure that the Contract Charges are at all times compliant and consistent with the charging structure set out in framework Schedule 8 (Charging Structure) and do not exceed the prices set out therein.   • Changes to tariffs and charges (a) If we vary our standing offer prices, we will publish the variation in a newspaper and on our website at least 10 business days before it starts. We will also include details with your next bill if the variation affects you.
