TOLLS AND CHARGES. 10.1. Economic consideration from Contractor to the Carrier for services provided under this present Contract will correspond to the current tolls and charges. 10.2. If at any time the services specified in this Contract cease to be subject to maximum regulated tolls, the Parties involved will, acting 10.3. Likewise, if any of the services provided by the Carrier under cover of this Contract that are not subject to tolls or maximum regulated prices become part of the regulated system, the Carrier may not expect, as compensation for services, and starting on the date that the new fees are implemented, an amount over that resulting from the application of these fees.
