TOLLS AND CHARGES. 10.1. Economic consideration from Contractor to Carrier for services provided under this present Contract will correspond to the current tolls and charges.
10.2. If at any time the services specified in this Contract cease to be subject to maximum regulated tolls, the Parties involved will, acting in good faith, and for a maximum time limit of two months, agree to the applicable economic consideration corresponding to said services, based on the principles of transparency, non-discrimination and reasonable retribution. While the Parties agree to this economic consideration, which will be retroactive to the date of termination of the previous system, the last regulated tolls or charges will be in effect.
