Tombstone. The Company acknowledges that the Co-Dealer Managers may, with the prior review and approval of the Company, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, place an announcement in such newspapers and periodicals as the Co-Dealer Managers may choose, stating that the Co-Dealer Managers are or were acting as co-dealer managers and financial advisors to the Company in connection with the Offer. The costs relating to any such tombstone shall be borne by the Co-Dealer Managers.
