Common use of Tombstones; League Tables Clause in Contracts

Tombstones; League Tables. Each Credit Party consents to the publication by Agent or any Lender of any press releases, tombstones, advertising or other promotional materials (including, without limitation, via any Electronic Transmission) relating to the financing transactions contemplated by this Agreement using such Credit Party’s name, product photographs, logo or trademark. Agent or such Lender shall provide a draft of any such press release, advertising or other material to the Borrower for review and comment prior to the publication thereof; provided further publication of such information shall not require additional review. Each Lender hereby consents to the disclosure by Agent, Lead Arranger and Bookrunners of information necessary or customary for inclusion in league table measurements.
