Tombstones. The publication by Agents or any Lender of any press releases, tombstones, advertising or other promotional materials (including via any Electronic Transmission) relating to the financing transactions contemplated by this Agreement using Holdings’ and the Borrowers’ names, product photographs, logo or trademark; and all contents thereof, are subject to the prior written consent of the Borrower Representative (not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
