Tomorrow’s Irreplaceable Corner. Properties generally possessing the following attributes: (i) located in markets with increasing urban densities; (ii) located at the intersections of major roads that the Company anticipates will become high-traffic areas; (iii) located in markets with increasing household incomes which the Company expects will become affluent areas; (iv) either currently used as, or suitable for development, redevelopment or repositioning as, retail, hospitality, office, residential or mixed-use properties; (v) in need of development, redevelopment or re-positioning in order to achieve optimal rental income; and (vi) projected optimal investment horizon of five to seven years, providing for the potential for near-term value creation.
