The data gathered will form the basis for tobacco-related policy changes on campus, as well as for additional peer-led activities that serve to decrease rates of tobacco use among college students. a. Create finalized version of TEDot (Tobacco Environment Direct Observation Tool); and b. Conduct trainings with students on how to use the environmental observation tool.

Tool development. (a) A prototype atmospheric-pressure thin-film deposition tool will be designed and built utilizing Mesdi’s multiplexed electrospray technology. The prototype tool will include subsystems required to operate and deliver the chemical precursors to the deposition system, non-contacting sensors where applicable, and automated process control, along with the supporting peripheral processes.
Tool development. The Consultant shall retain all rights, title and interest (including, without limitation, all copyrights, patents, service marks, trademarks, trade secret and other intellectual property rights) in and to all technical or internal designs, methods, ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, generic documents and templates that have been previously developed by the Consultant or developed during the course of the provision of the Services provided such generic documents or templates do not contain any City Confidential Information or proprietary data (“Consultant Tools”).
Tool development. 3.2.1 Each tool has a standardised set of instruments: a What Matters guidance note, a Questionnaire and a Country Report template 3.2.2 The development of each tool will be led by a Working Group, comprised of technicians from a number of agencies. The membership of this Working group can be as small as 3 and as large as 10, but should include the Secretariat. 3.2.3 The Working group will be supported and advised by a Reference group, comprised of as many interested agency representatives as desired. Membership is voluntary. 3.2.4 The purpose of the Reference group is to provide the Working group members with as much documentary information as possible pertaining to the tool in question. 3.2.5 The Working Group will assimilate these documents and prepare drafts of the What Matters Guidance note and the questionnaire. 3.2.6 The reference group members should review these drafts periodically for content and accuracy 3.2.7 The Secretariat will facilitate the process of reaching consensus on the draft tools and arrange for field testing of the tools 3.2.8 Once field tested in at least two locations, the members of the Working Group and Reference Group should reconvene to review the experiences from the field test and revise the tools. This revision should be completed in a workshop environment facilitated by the Secretariat and ideally representatives from the two country locations where the tool has been tested should be in attendance. 3.2.9 The purpose of this workshop is to reach consensus on the draft tool and reach agreement on a ‘Version 1’ of the tool. If agreement is reached on ‘Version 1’ the tool should be submitted to the Steering Committee for ratification. If agreement on ‘Version 1’ cannot be reached at the workshop, areas for further discussion and agreement should be referred to the Steering Committee by the Secretariat.

  • Job Development Job development/placement is individualized and shall include weekly person-to-person job search assistance, assistance with identifying job leads, interview coaching and support, and maintaining a log of job search activities for the purposes of obtaining competitive integrated employment. By mutual consent of the consumer and the THE ARC XXXXXXX COUNTY, these services may be provided in-person or by Skype, FaceTime, or other online communication tools. Job development/placement may also include arranging job trials/job shadowing for individuals with a DORS Trial Work Experience Plan, assistance with completing applications, assistance with employer follow-up after interviews, use of personal employment networks in job search, and resume update. It would include time spent calling employers, visiting and educating employers and similar activities. Job development/placement shall not be paid for using supported employment funding and shall not include the Discovery process, which is pre-vocational in nature and may be completed prior to job development. Up to 60 hours for job search assistance, authorized in 20-hour increments, may be used for job development. Additional hours of job development may be requested and require written justification by THE ARC XXXXXXX COUNTY and approval of the DORS regional/program director. Job Development Reporting. The Employment Service Progress Form is expected to be submitted to DORS on a monthly basis per consumer. This form is available on the DORS website (xxx.xxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx).

  • Skills Development The Company acknowledges the changing pace of technology in the electrical contracting industry and the need for employees to understand those changes and have the necessary skill requirements to keep the Company at the forefront of the industry. The Parties to this Agreement recognise that in order to increase the efficiency, productivity and competitiveness of the Company, a commitment to training and skill development is required.   • Joint Development If joint development is involved, the Recipient agrees to follow the latest edition of FTA Circular 7050.1, “Federal Transit Administration Guidance on Joint Development.”

  • Career Development The City and the Union agree that employee career growth can be beneficial to both the City and the affected employee. As such, consistent with training needs identified by the City and the financial resources appropriated therefore by the City, the City shall provide educational and training opportunities for employee career growth. Each employee shall be responsible for utilizing those training and educational opportunities made available by the City or other institutions for the self- development effort needed to achieve personal career goals.
