Tool Lending Specialist and Mail Service Aide. No sooner than one hundred and twenty (120) days after ratification of this Agreement (June 17, 2018 to June 27, 2020), and no later than nine (9) months after the ratification, Library management agrees to work with two representatives designated by the union to review the Tool Lending Specialist (Job Code 63010) and Mail Service Aide (Job Code 44010) classifications service needs and make a joint recommendation on staffing and service levels to the Board of Library Trustees.
