TOOL RENTAL Clause Samples

The TOOL RENTAL clause establishes the terms under which one party rents tools or equipment from another. It typically outlines the duration of the rental, the responsibilities for maintenance and care, and the conditions for returning the tools, such as in good working order or by a specific date. This clause ensures both parties understand their obligations, helps prevent disputes over tool condition or late returns, and allocates responsibility for loss or damage during the rental period.
