Common use of TOOLS ETC Clause in Contracts

TOOLS ETC. 10.1 Production equipment such as tools, special testing equipment etc required exclusively for the improvement and development of the Product according to Clause 6.2 shall be paid by the parties in equal shares and shall remain the property of Scan Coin.
