TOP Prime. TOP Prime Remote enrollment may occur at any time during the period of TOP eligibility and shall remain effective until the enrollee transfers enrollment to another region, disenrolls, or becomes ineligible for TOP Prime/TOP Prime Remote or the TRICARE program.
