Common use of Tort Claims Clause in Contracts

Tort Claims. It is not the intention of this Omnibus Agreement to remove from any of the Party Counties any protection provided by applicable tort claims laws. However, between a Borrower and a Lender, the Borrower retains full liability to the Lender for any claims brought against the Lender as described in other provisions of this Omnibus Agreement.
