TOTAL AMOUNT AND PREMIUM. 4.1. The Policyholder shall pay to the Insurer the insurance premium (the “Premium”) in the amount indicated in Proposal and according to the terms of the Agreement for the time period when each Insured Person receives Services. The Premium shall include all expenses related to the provision of the Services.
