Total Asset Representation. Borrowers shall have provided to Lenders financial statements that were prepared in accordance with GAAP and are dated no earlier than ninety (90) days prior to the funding of such loan, demonstrating that each Borrower has total assets of at least two million dollars ($2,000,000).
