Total Commitment. The sum of the Commitments of the Lenders, as in effect from time to time. As of the date of this Agreement, the Total Commitment is Seventy-Five Million and No/100 Dollars ($75,000,000.00). The Total Commitment may increase in accordance with §2.11.
Total Commitment. The sum of the Commitments of the Banks, as in effect from time to time. As of the date of this Agreement, the Total Commitment is Fifty Million and No/100 Dollars ($50,000,000.00). The Total Commitment may increase in accordance with §2.8.
Total Commitment. The sum of the Commitments of the Banks, as in effect from time to time. As of the Closing Date the Total Commitment is $1,000,000,000. Total Outstandings. The aggregate Outstanding amount of all Loans.
Total Commitment. The sum of the Commitments of the Lenders, as in effect from time to time. As April 27, 2018, the Total Commitment is SEVEN HUNDRED MILLION AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($700,000,000.00). The Total Commitment may increase in accordance with §2.11.
Total Commitment. The sum of the Commitments of the Lenders, as in effect from time to time. On the Closing Date, the Total Commitment shall be equal to $30,000,000.
Total Commitment. The total Revolving Credit Exposure of all the Lenders outstanding at any time shall not exceed $200,000,000, which amount shall be subject to reductions or increases by Borrower pursuant to Section 2.3.2 or 2.3.3 (such amount as so reduced or increased from time to time, the “Total Commitment”).
Total Commitment. The sum of the Commitments of the Lenders, as in effect from time to time. The Total Commitment on the Closing Date is $170,000,000.
Total Commitment. The sum of the Commitments of the Lenders, as in effect from time to time, which amount, as of the Closing Date shall not exceed $500,000,000, which amount may be increased or decreased from time to time in accordance with this Credit Agreement.
