Total Commitment. The sum of the Commitments of the Lenders, as in effect from time to time. As of the date of this Agreement, the Total Commitment is Three Hundred Seventy-Five Million and No/100 Dollars ($375,000,000.00), and is subject to increase in §2.11.
Total Commitment. The sum of the Commitments of the Banks, as in effect from time to time. As of the date of this Agreement, the Total Commitment is Two Hundred Seventeen Million and No/100 Dollars ($217,000,000.00). The Total Commitment may increase in accordance with §2.8.
Total Commitment. The sum of the Commitments of the Banks, as in effect from time to time. As of the Closing Date the Total Commitment is $1,000,000,000. Total Outstandings. The aggregate Outstanding amount of all Loans.
Total Commitment. The sum of the Commitments of the Lenders, as in effect from time to time, including without limitation the 2027 Term Commitment from the 2027 Term Lenders. As of the date of this Agreement, the Total Commitment is $200,000,000.00. The Total Term Commitment may increase in accordance with §2.12.
Total Commitment. The sum of the Commitment Amounts of the Lenders (including any Defaulting Lender), as in effect from time to time. The Total Commitment as of the Closing Date is $1,000,000,000.
Total Commitment. The total Revolving Credit Exposure of all the Lenders outstanding at any time shall not exceed $200,000,000, which amount shall be subject to reductions or increases by Borrower pursuant to Section 2.3.2 or 2.3.3 (such amount as so reduced or increased from time to time, the “Total Commitment”).
Total Commitment. As of any date, the sum of the then current Commitments of the Lenders. As of the Closing Date, the Total Commitment is $50,000,000. After the Closing Date, the aggregate amount of the Total Commitment may be increased to an amount not exceeding $100,000,000, provided that such Increase is in accordance with the provisions of §2.8.
Total Commitment. The sum of the Commitments of the Lenders, as in effect from time to time, which amount, as of the Closing Date shall not exceed $500,000,000, which amount may be increased or decreased from time to time in accordance with this Credit Agreement.
