Common use of Total Condemnation of Applicable Premises Clause in Contracts

Total Condemnation of Applicable Premises. If the whole of the Applicable Premises is acquired or condemned by eminent domain for any public or quasi-public use or purpose, then this Lease shall terminate with respect to such Applicable Premises as of the date title vests in any public agency. All rentals and other charges owing hereunder shall be prorated as of such date.
