Total Contract Award Clause Samples

The Total Contract Award clause defines the overall monetary value or sum awarded to a contractor under a specific contract. It typically specifies the aggregate amount payable for the completion of all deliverables or services outlined in the agreement, and may detail how this total is calculated, such as by summing up individual line items or milestones. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the contract’s financial scope, preventing disputes over payment expectations and providing a definitive reference point for budgeting and performance measurement.
