Common use of Total Costs To Be Billed Clause in Contracts

Total Costs To Be Billed. To The Agency By Contract, as delineated in Section VI., of Addendum A, will be made quarterly, in advance, with the first payment equaling one-fourth (1/4) of the total amount, due within two (2) weeks after the effective date of this Contract. The second quarterly payment is due no later than the 20th calendar day of the last month of the first Contract quarter. Payment for subsequent consecutive quarters shall be received no later than the 20th calendar day of the last month of the preceding Contract quarter.
