CAISO Monthly Billed Fuel Cost [for Geysers Main only] The CAISO Monthly Billed Fuel Cost is given by Equation C2-1. CAISO Monthly Billed Fuel Cost Equation C2-1 = Billable MWh ◆ Steam Price ($/MWh) Where: • Steam Price is $16.34/MWh. • For purposes of Equation C2-1, Billable MWh is all Billable MWh Delivered after cumulative Hourly Metered Total Net Generation during the Contract Year from all Units exceeds the Minimum Annual Generation given by Equation C2-2. Equation C2-2 Minimum Annual Generation = (Annual Average Field Capacity ◆ 8760 hours ◆ 0.4) - (A+B+C) Where: • Annual Average Field Capacity is the arithmetic average of the two Field Capacities in MW for each Contract Year, determined as described below. Field Capacity shall be determined for each six-month period from July 1 through December 31 of the preceding calendar year and January 1 through June 30 of the Contract Year. Field Capacity shall be the average of the five highest amounts of net generation (in MWh) simultaneously achieved by all Units during eight-hour periods within the six-month period. The capacity simultaneously achieved by all Units during each eight-hour period shall be the sum of Hourly Metered Total Net Generation for all Units during such eight-hour period, divided by eight hours. Such eight-hour periods shall not overlap or be counted more than once but may be consecutive. Within 30 days after the end of each six-month period, Owner shall provide CAISO and the Responsible Utility with its determination of Field Capacity, including all information necessary to validate that determination. • A is the amount of Energy that cannot be produced (as defined below) due to the curtailment of a Unit during a test of the Facility, a Unit or the steam field agreed to by CAISO and Owner. • B is the amount of Energy that cannot be produced (as defined below) due to the retirement of a Unit or due to a Unit’s Availability remaining at zero after a period of ten Months during which the Unit’s Availability has been zero. • C is the amount of Energy that cannot be produced (as defined below) because a Force Majeure Event reduces a Unit’s Availability to zero for at least thirty (30) days or because a Force Majeure Event reduces a Unit’s Availability for at least one hundred eighty (180) days to a level below the Unit Availability Limit immediately prior to the Force Majeure Event. • The amount of Energy that cannot be produced is the sum, for each Settlement Period during which the condition applicable to A, B or C above exists, of the difference between the Unit Availability Limit immediately prior to the condition and the Unit Availability Limit during the condition.
Average Daily Balance To get the "Average Daily Balance" of Purchases, we take the beginning balance of your Credit Card account each day, add any new Purchases, and subtract any Cash Advances, payments, or other credits which were applied to Purchases, unpaid FINANCE CHARGES, late charges, membership fees, and other fees. If you paid the Purchases balance in full by the Payment Due Date in the previous billing cycle, in the current billing cycle we will credit payments otherwise applicable to Purchases based on our allocation method as of the first day of the current billing cycle. These computations give us the Purchases daily balance. To get the "Average Daily Balance" of Cash Advances, we take the beginning balance each day, add any new Cash Advances, and subtract any Purchases, payments, or other credits which were applied to Cash Advances, unpaid FINANCE CHARGES, late charges, membership fees, and other fees. This gives us the Cash Advances daily balance. Monthly Billing The electric service charge shall be computed in accordance with the monthly billing in the applicable standard service tariff. Customers receiving electric service under residential and small nonresidential schedules 1, 2, 3, 15, 23 or 23B shall be financially credited for such net energy with a cumulative kilowatt-hour credit. The credit will be deducted from the customer’s kilowatt-hour usage on the customer’s next monthly bill thus offsetting the customer’s next monthly bill at the full retail rate of the customer’s rate schedule. Customers receiving electric service under large nonresidential schedules 6, 6A, 6B, 8 or 10 must elect a compensation method to receive cumulative credits for the upcoming annualized billing period from one of the following options (large nonresidential customers must initial desired credit election): an average energy price, a seasonally differentiated energy price, or an average retail rate.
Fixed Kilowatt-Hour Rate Product If Clearview Energy would like to propose a change to a fixed kilowatt-hour rate product, you will be notified by the process described in Change of Terms. Fixed price products may change due to new or modified federal, state or local laws; or regulatory actions that impose new or modified fees. 2b. Month-to-month Variable Kilowatt-Hour Rate Product – Month-to-month variable kilowatt-hour rate products are subject to change without notice at Clearview Energy’s discretion outside of any applicable promotion. If applicable, the Monthly Base Charge may also fluctuate outside of any applicable promotion. After the first month, the price may vary based on a number of factors, including market supply prices, energy capacity prices, settlement costs and other market- related factors, as determined at our discretion, plus estimated total state taxes, fees, charges or other assessments, along with our costs, expenses and profit margins. There is no limit on how much the price may change from one billing cycle to the next. The price can change each billing period. The Customer will not know the price until receiving the bill. A customer may obtain the previous 24 months’ average monthly billed price for the customer’s rate class and service territory at 1.800.746.4702 and xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Mileage Rates The mileage rate shall be the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. If the IRS rate should change during the term of the contract, the contract rate shall change also on the date specified by the IRS.
Line Outage Costs Notwithstanding anything in the NYISO OATT to the contrary, the Connecting Transmission Owner may propose to recover line outage costs associated with the installation of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades on a case-by-case basis.

Same-Day Availability Funds received from preauthorized electronic payments such as payroll direct deposits, or other preauthorized electronic payments will be available on the day the deposit is applied to your Account. ACH Credits received from an external bank account will be applied to the Account when we have verified the external account and received payment on collected funds. Once the funds are applied to the Account, they will have same day availability.
Night Shift Differential 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.
Daily All time worked after forty-eight (48) hours per week or after ten (10) hours per day, or before seven o’clock in the forenoon (7:00 a.m.) and six o’clock in the afternoon (6:00 p.m.) shall be deemed overtime work or shift work and shall be paid at time and one-half (1 1/2) the regular shift rate, save and except shift work.
