Total Indebtedness to Total Assets Ratio. Guarantor shall not permit the ratio of its Total Indebtedness (excluding all Contingent Liabilities) to its Total Assets for any Test Period (calculated on a consolidated basis) to be greater than 0.75 (seventy-five percent, 75%), with compliance to be tested as of the end of each Test Period.
