Total Leverage Ratio Clause Samples

Total Leverage Ratio. The Borrowers will not permit the Total Leverage Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter to exceed 3.75 to 1.00.

Total Leverage Ratio. Permit the Total Leverage Ratio, as of the last day of any Fiscal Quarter, to be greater than 0.60 to 1.00.
Total Leverage Ratio. As of the last day of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower ending during the relevant period set forth below, the Borrower shall not permit the Total Leverage Ratio to be greater than the corresponding ratio set forth opposite such period:
Total Leverage Ratio. Have a Total Leverage Ratio, measured on a quarter-end basis, of not greater than the applicable ratio set forth in the following table for the applicable date set forth opposite thereto:
