Common use of Total Load Clause in Contracts

Total Load. Total load is defined as the sum of regular load hours, involuntary overload, and voluntary overload. Any total load in excess of twenty-one (21) load hours/784 clock hours, per semester, requires the approval of the xxxx or appropriate designee. Total load shall never exceed twenty-eight (28) equated load hours/1,047 clock hours (560 x 87% increase), per semester.
