Common use of Total Payment Clause in Contracts

Total Payment. The CMHSP or its providers shall not require any co-payments, recipient pay amounts, or other cost sharing arrangements unless specifically authorized by state or federal regulations. The CMHSP's providers may not bill recipients for the difference between the provider’s charge and the CMHSP's payment for services. The providers shall not seek nor accept additional supplemental payment from the recipient, his/her family, or representative, for services authorized by the CMHSP.
