Common use of Total Top-up Payment Clause in Contracts

Total Top-up Payment. The Total Top-up Payment is an amount equal to the sum of the Agreed Rent for each Property that is a Short Term Private Rental less any rent received from the private tenant of that Short Term Private Rental less any amounts received by the Provider under clause 4.2 of this Schedule 2, in each case in the relevant Payment Period (with the Agreed Rent and the rent received from the private tenant of that Short Term Private Rental being pro-rated on a daily basis for each day falling within the Payment Period).
