Tour of Duty/Hours of Work. 5.19.1 The Contracting Officer, or his/her representative, shall provide the contractor with the anticipated duration of the deployment. The contractor shall comply with all duty hours and tours of duty identified by the Contracting Officer or his/her designated representative. 5.19.2 The contractor may rotate contractor personnel into and out of the theater provided there is not degradation in mission. The contractor’s rotation of contractor personnel should be appropriate with the duration of the deployment. The contractor will coordinate personnel changes with the Contracting Officer or the Contracting Officer’s representative. 5.19.3 The Contracting Officer shall provide the contractor with the anticipated work schedule. 5.19.4 The Contracting Officer, or his/her designated representative, may modify the work schedule to ensure the Government’s ability to continue to execute its mission.
