Tournament Fees. When you are selected for and attend a Tournament, you will be entitled to be paid a Tournament Fee for each Tournament as follows: The RPC and the NZRU are parties to a MOU and terms and conditions of employment which apply to you are set out in that MOU. This Sevens Training Contract is made subject to that MOU. Some of the terms used in this document are defined in the MOU, and you should read both documents to have a full understanding of the terms of your employment. If you are not a member of the RPC the terms of the MOU will apply to you for the first 30 days. After 30 days, we will contact you again to confirm whether you have joined the RPC. RPC fees are set by the RPC. The fees payable by you will be deducted by the NZRU from your pay each month. If you choose not to join the RPC within that time the terms and conditions of the MOU will continue to apply after 30 days but you will be obliged to pay a bargaining fee, to be deducted from your retainer and payable to the RPC. These terms and conditions will continue to apply until we both agree, in writing, to vary them. The MOU sets out the parties’ rights and obligations of employment. Some of the relevant terms and conditions which will apply to you are as follows:  You may perform Personal Promotions but should refer to Part 4 of the MOU before agreeing to perform any such promotional activity.  You and the NZRU may agree to terminate this employment relationship at any time. For more information about termination you should refer to Part 3 of the MOU.  Your hours of work will be determined by the training schedule.  You are entitled to certain benefits in the unlikely event of restructuring or redundancy. For more information about these rights you should refer to Part 13 of the MOU.  You will receive at least four weeksannual leave in a continuous period in each Contract Year. You are also entitled to sick leave and bereavement leave as specified in the MOU. For more information about Leave you should refer to Part 13 of the MOU.  Any employment problems or disputes will be resolved using the problem resolution provisions of the MOU. Tournament Fees. 17.1 Every Player who is selected and Assembled as part of the Team for a Tournament is entitled to receive a Tournament Fee. 17.2 The Tournament Fee is an amount of money which is paid by the NZRU to each Player when she is selected and Assembled with the Team and required to provide her Employment Services in respect of an IRB Sevens Tournament or such other Tournament as determined by the NZRU. 17.3 During the Term, the Tournament Fee shall be set at $1,000 for IRB Tournaments and $500 for other Tournaments in which the Team participates and may only be altered with the agreement of the parties.

Tournament Fees. Fees vary depending on what tournaments coaches enter the teams in. Every team will participate in tournaments. All players are required to participate in tournaments as part of their commitment as a club player. Tournament fees are divided equally among the entire team. All club players will be invoiced for tournament fees regardless of attendance. Players must have their tournament fees paid by the deadline provided. Tournament Fees. Tournament Provider shall pay the appropriate tournament fees as set out below:  Tournament – Baseball, Softball, Soccer or Kickball • Involves four or more teams, which did not play regularly scheduled games with any current sports associations in Forney • Consists of a 1-3 day tournament • Payment of tournament fee is due within ten (10) days after conclusion of each tournament • Deposit is due upon execution of the tournament agreement $2,000 (includes use of up to 4 fields) $400 for each additional field $250 non-refundable deposit Deposits will be applied to final payment at the conclusion of the tournament. In the event the Premises is damaged during tournament play, the cost for repairs will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will then be applied to the final payment.
