Support Fees. The payment as provided on the applicable Order or on AvePoint’s invoice to Customer is payable prior to the commencement of any services hereunder. In the event of on-site services requested by Customer, Customer agrees to reimburse AvePoint for any and all pre-approved or reasonable and necessary direct expenses incurred by AvePoint for purposes of performing such on-site services (including travel and living expenses). Where an annual payment for multi-year Support Terms has been agreed between the Parties, AvePoint, within its reasonable discretion, shall invoice the Customer approximately forty-five (45) days prior to the beginning of each annual period. Due dates and late payment consequences shall apply as set forth in Sections 3.1 and 3.2 of the Agreement.

Support Fees. Medical Practice shall be eligible to receive either Basic Support or Premium Support (the “Support Options”) based on the Support Option listed on Schedule “A” to the License Agreement. Medical Practice shall pay Modernizing Medicine the monthly fee specified on Schedule “A” of the License Agreement for either Basic Support (the “Basic Support Fee”) or Premium Support (the “Premium Support Fee” and together with the Basic Support Fee, the “Support Fees”) based on the Support Option that Medical Practice has selected. Medical Practice may elect to change the Support Option it has selected by providing at least ten (10) days prior written notice to Modernizing Medicine of such change, which change shall become effective at the commencement of the next applicable Renewal Term, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Modernizing Medicine.

Support Fees. Support Fees will be due and payable as set forth in the Order. Exasol will notify (electronically or otherwise) Customer of the then-current annual Support Fee for Customer’s level of Support Service in each notice of term renewal. Support Fees are non-refundable once paid. Unless otherwise agreed upon in the Order, Maintenance Fees and service fees for operations engineering services are payable in advance at the beginning of the agreed service period. If Customer delays acceptance without cause, the Support Fees (e.g. for Operations Engineering services or Consulting) are due and payable even though the Software/Support Service was not provided. Unless otherwise agreed upon, Prices – in particular for Consulting Services - are to be understood exclusive of travel costs.

On-site Support may also be available for other locations as well, schedule permitting, provided that Customer pays for all travel, accommodation and related expenses for Service Provider personnel. Cancellation of scheduled On-site Support will not be accepted later than one (1) hour before the start time of the On-site Support. Any On-Site Support cancelled less than one hour before the scheduled time for that On-Site Support shall be treated as On-Site Support hours used by Customer and, if applicable, Customer shall be invoiced, and be obligated to pay, for such On-Site Support hours. Please note that On-site Support cannot be requested in periods of less than an hour and, for purposes of determining usage of On-site Support hours, all partial On-site Support hours will be rounded up to the next whole hour. For example, if Service Provider provides three hours and thirty minutes of On- site Support, that will be treated for account management and, if applicable, invoicing purposes as four hours. Additional On-site Support Hours can be purchased at the following rates: US$200/Hour; £100/Hour; €125/Hour. Cancellation of scheduled Online Support will not be accepted later than one (1) hour before the start time of the On- site Support. i. Online Support/Training. this feature is the number of Training hours included in a Service Plan. If Customer has a location in (i) New York, NY, (ii) London, UK or (iii) Paris, France, Customer can request that Service Provider perform the Training at that location. Otherwise, all Training shall be conducted remotely. If Customer prefers Training in a language other than English, Customer should contact Service Provider regarding this request as early as possible. Cancellation of scheduled Training will not be accepted later than one (1) hour before the start time of the On-site Support. Customer will be charged, and will be obligated to pay, for any Training hours cancelled less than one hour before the scheduled time. Please note that Training cannot be requested in periods...

Support Fees. NH’s Service is complex in nature and it may not be possible to determine the cause of a problem quickly. The Customer accepts that where it reports a service problem to NH which upon investigation is shown to be outside of NH’s scope of service (and the scope of service shall be as obtained by the Customer from NH in accordance with Schedule 1), NH may charge the Customer a reasonable fee for the time and resources necessary to investigate the report. These fees may be increased by 100% where the Additional Service is provided by NH outside of Normal Working Hours.
Support Fees. For the support, maintenance, error correction, and training services to be provided by VERITAS pursuant to this Agreement (including without limitation to IMG and its Affiliates as End Users), IMG shall pay, to VERITAS, VERITAS' standard fees therefor, provided that the fees to IMG in its capacity as an OEM, and not as an End User, shall be no higher than the support, maintenance, or error correction fees charged by VERITAS to any similarly situated third party.
