Common use of Tower Operator Insurance Clause in Contracts

Tower Operator Insurance. For each Site, Tower Operator shall procure, and shall maintain in full force and effect at all times during the Term as to such Site, the following types of insurance with respect to such Site, including the Tower and Improvements on such Site (but excluding T-Mobile Communications Equipment or any other Tower Subtenant's Communications Equipment), paying as they become due all premiums for such insurance:

Tower Operator Insurance. For each Site, Tower Operator shall procure, and shall maintain in full force and effect at all times during the Term as to such Site, the following types of insurance with respect to such Site, including the Tower and Improvements on such Site (but excluding T-Mobile AT&T Communications Equipment or any other Tower Subtenant's ’s Communications Equipment), paying as they become due all premiums for such insurance:insurance (it being understood that the insurance required under this Section 14(b) does not represent all coverage or limits necessary to protect Tower Operator or a limitation of Tower Operator’s liability to AT&T Collocator pursuant to this Agreement):
