TOWER REMOVAL BONDS; SIGNAGE. Purchaser covenants and agrees that, not later than ninety (90) days following any such Closing Date, it will remove and replace any signage at each Tower Site and provide a replacement tower removal bond as and to the extent required by any municipality in which a Tower Site is located and with respect to which Seller has in place such a bond pertaining to such Tower Site. Purchaser shall notify Seller in writing promptly following its delivery of any such replacement tower removal bond to any such municipality.
