TOWN SPONSORED SPECIAL EVENTS. The CONTRACTOR shall provide Solid Waste and Recycling Containers, portable toilets and/or Roll-offs, as well as Collection of receptacles, for up to a maximum of twelve (12) Town Sponsored Special Events per year for the term of the Agreement at no cost to the TOWN or Special Event co-sponsors. The CONTRACTOR shall remove said receptacles on an on-call basis. The TOWN shall determine the size and number of said receptacles to be provided by the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the expenses of Containers, portable toilets and/or Roll-offs rental and maintenance, Collection, Disposal Charges, and all other related expenses incurred for the Town Sponsored Special Events.
