Common use of Town’s Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Town’s Cooperation. Subject to compliance by Developer with the Town’s applicable development review and approval requirements, the Town agrees to cooperate in good faith with Developer and Developer’s employees, agents, contractors, and subcontractors in obtaining the permits and approvals specified in Section 3.2 and in developing the Project and Infrastructure under this Agreement. Nothing herein is intended to waive, remove or compromise the Town’s development review or approval obligations.
